This is a personal budgeting tool. It is equipped with a comprehensive online learning system, and you simply add the details. Features include loan and mortgage calculators with multiple "what-if" scenario planning. Using the compounded interest formula, where the interest is calculated on the monthly balance of the loan, the loan and mortgage calculators perform multiple queries based on your loan, terms, interest rate and repayment options.
Based on three different scenarios for a static loan amount, you can view the outcomes based on varying interest rates and repayment options. Another function allows you to designate plans A, B and C. Each plan can have a different loan amount. You can also choose to have the same repayment, loan terms and interest rate, or vary all of these functions to provide nine different outcomes. |
