This accounting program includes general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and system manager, and provides three styles of invoicing including service, distribution and recurrent. It also provides multi-currency capabilities and multiple bank account capabilities. It can manage an unlimited number of budgets simultaneously and the multi-currency system can record transactions in up to five different currencies. The system posts foreign currency transactions to separate journals and every report can be printed in any of the five currencies.
This program also includes a bank reconciliation utility that can reconcile up to five bank accounts. It allows automated check printing, the ability to design your own reports, business forms and financial statements, and export reports directly to MS Office and Corel WordPerfect Suite. |
