This is a program for posting sales and credits, generating statements and archiving transactions. User configurable Sales and Payment Departments fit any type of merchandise, service or combination business. The program handles sales tax transactions automatically, and finance charges, sliding scale or flat incentive discounts up to 4 levels deep. It provides editable customer data and transaction records. You can add, delete and modify any customer account data, sales department, payment department, discount type, finance charge or sales commission rate. Generates printed statements for all accounts or any individual account, and generates reports for accounting and tax purposes.
Note: Applesauce Accounts Receivable creates it's own database. However, if a user has access to a MySQL database already, the user has the option to use it instead, if desired. In either case, Applesauce will create all the necessary tables automatically. |
