This network-capable multi-client invoicing program can work together with Account Pro for Windows. Account Pro Invoice can also be operated as a stand-alone application. You can create templates, and import item and address data. The program's sample client includes templates that can be adapted to user needs, including offers, order confirmations, invoices without discount information, invoices with discount information, bill of delivery, credit vouchers, payment reminders, mail merge letters and address labels. It includes the postal codes of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark. The documents produced can be printed, sent by e-mail, and saved as RTF files. You can generate a summary invoice from the bill of delivery data of a certain time period. A mail merge function allows to generate circular letters by merging document templates with an an entire list of addresses. |
