This is an imaging tool for creating thumbnail images, doing minor image enhancement, format conversion, batch cropping, simple HTML generation, watermarking, framing, merging groups of images with background audio to create simple MPG/AVI movies, composite page formation and printing.
Individual or groups of images can be imported, enhanced, resized and saved in a single step. AVI, AVI+WAV, BMP, CMP, FXP, ICO, HAV, JPG, MPG 1 and 2, MP2, OGG, PBM, PCT, PCX, PGM, PNG, PPM, PSD, RAS, SGI, TIF, TGA, WAV and XPM file formats can be read and written. MP1, MP3, EPS, and CAL files can also be read. Standard image enhancement tools include brightness, contrast, gamma, sharpness, tint, brilliance, color depth, rotation and image reversal.
Watermarking functions include support for two part watermarks, translucent watermarks and text annotation for copyright branding. The HTML generator allows the creation of image tables linked to full size images. It also provides java script slideshow creation, folder indexing, a choice of row and column count, and background and font color selection. Print support includes formatting, individual or ordered groups of images best fit, 1, 2, 4, 9 and 36 per page, and batch printing.
Advanced functions include process, output, and mirror folder trees, flexible batch cropping, interactive fixed aspect ratio cropping, scripted batch processing from the command line, read and write comments in TIF files, thumbnail embedding for JPG and CMP files and multi-image-TIF support. Composite page support includes several fixed sizes, background image or color, two margin text and variable gutter. Multimedia support includes sound splicing, file format conversion, frame to file extraction, AVI, VCD, SVCD and DVD formats. |
